Once you book your tour, you will receive two separate emails. One will have your tour confirmation, and the second will have your receipt.
Wherever you would like! Because our tours are always private, we will pick you up from the location of you choosing.
We’ll send you your Tour Guide’s name and mobile number at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time (if they haven’t already communicated with you) by SMS text message and/or email.
Please contact your Tour Guide’s mobile number directly. If you reply to the message where we provide their contact information, it will not go to your Tour Guide.
If you cannot contact and/or locate your Tour Guide, please call our office at (808) 294-3993.
You can reserve up to 1 year in advance. We highly recommend you reserve your Tours with as much advance notice as possible to ensure availability.
Last minute request? Just give us a call at (808) 294-3993. We always try our best to accommodate short notice Tours.
Guests will receive a refund minus a 10% credit card service fee (if applicable) if canceled up to 72 hours before the Tour/Activity start date in the (HST) Hawaii Standard Time local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period. Guests will receive a 100% full refund in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your Tour/Activity due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. Contact Us by phone at (808) 294-3993 to Cancel or inquire about a Cancellation. No-Shows will not be refunded.
Occasionally, contracted Cancellation terms are set for certain Corporate Events.
